Commissioning may be done either Virtually or In-Person. Please call me to make an Appointment.

To accommodate a Virtual Appointment:

For Commissioning-

The oath or declaration must be administered by an electronic method of communication in which the Commissioner and

the Deponent/Declarant/Signer can see, hear and communicate with each other in real time throughout the entire transaction.

The Deponent/Declarant/Signer Needs:

An Email address,

Access to a secure online meeting room with a microphone and camera,

a Scanner and a Printer.

I would send you a Zoom meeting invitation.

The Deponent/Declarant/Signer is put under oath and signs the document then scans the signed document and emails it to me.

I would then commission the document then scan return via email the document to the Deponent/Declarant.

Please remember to check that virtual commissioning is acceptable for your purposes before making an appointment with me.

It is totally your responsibility to check that virtual commissioning is acceptable for your purposes
